Ingredients of Carrot Chips
- 2 carrot
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- salt as required
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Step 1 Prepare the carrotsPeel the carrots and wash them properly. Now pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Cut the carrots into strips (similar to the length of a finger) and add them to a bowl. The strips should neither be too thin nor too thick.
Step 2 Add the seasoningsNow add oregano, chilli flakes, chaat masala, black pepper powder, garlic powder and salt. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix well to coat the carrot strips properly.
Step 3 Bake and servePlace each strip on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 15-20 minutes. Once baked, serve them with hummus or any other dips of your choice.
